He was born in 1982 and he’s graduated in Business Administration and Accounting profession, at University of Turin in 2005. He’s been sharing his professional run with Dr. Marcello Persico since he was19 years old when, during his first year at the university, he decided to add in a constant way the practise to the theoretical studies.

Once he had finished his internship to practise the profession of Chartered Accountant and Auditor, he continued its collaboratives activities until 2013, when he co-founded, with Dr. Marcello Persico, the firm Studio Persico S.r.l S.t.p.

When did you decide that this would be your profession?

I’ve always loved solving problems and bring order to the chaos. It leads me to help someone to improve his living conditions.

What’s your opinion on business consultant in the contemporary scene?

I see our profession as a fortress: a place where customers can find some comfort and protection; they can feel reassured in comparison to what frightens them. I am not scared of our replacement with robots.

Only a deep empathetic listening can guarantee a complete customer satisfaction, because when you take a decision, it is not important only objective data but also the social and personal consequences that the decision implies.

When you are not at work, which are your hobbies?

I write fantasy novels and I am a serial reader.

I love travelling.

I am a great passionate of food and wine.

I never pass on sport.

I find my best moment in the peace of my home.

What is your philosophy of customer care? 

First, I listen to.

Even empathically.

Then, I try to find concrete and useful solutions to the problem.

Even if they are against customers’ wishes.

Actually, I am not a yes-man, not at all.
